1. Agreement to Terms

ChirpCrew is operated by Gocnet Technologies LLP (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using ChirpCrew, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ChirpCrew is a product-promotion platform that connects businesses with promoters for posts, videos, and comments. Features include product profiles, promoter profiles, campaign briefs, collaboration, and work review.

3. User Accounts

Provide accurate and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, activity under your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use ChirpCrew for unlawful activity, infringement of others’ rights, spam, deceptive content, unauthorized access, or interference with the service. Our acceptable-use policy also applies. Businesses and promoters must follow the laws and social-platform rules applicable to their campaigns.

5. Content Ownership

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You give Gocnet Technologies LLP a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide ChirpCrew and carry out the sharing choices you make. You must have the rights needed to submit or publish your content.

6. Promotion Packs and Payment Availability

ChirpCrew supports campaign publication, offers, agreements, product access, submitted work, reviews, and disputes. Businesses reserve promotion credits for agreed work; approved work releases earnings to the promoter.

Paid purchases are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout. Test checkout is explicitly labelled, does not charge money, and creates test credits with no monetary value. Test payout approvals do not send money.

Preset packs contain 10, 50, 100 or 1,000 promotion credits. Custom packs start at the local equivalent of 5 credits, with the exact price and resulting credits shown before checkout. Regional prices are rounded and are not live exchange-rate quotations. Campaign reservations include the promoter reward and a 10% platform charge. Unused campaign reservations return to available credits when released. Unused and unreserved paid credits become eligible for return to the original payment method after three calendar months. Contact support to request a refund. Payout requests are reviewed and processed separately; a pending request is not a completed payment.

Test mode does not cancel earlier obligations. Contact support about existing agreements or unresolved payments.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep ChirpCrew available, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Features may change. We do not guarantee campaign demand, earnings, reach, engagement, or sales.

8. Data Privacy

Our privacy policy describes how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you use ChirpCrew. Please review it alongside these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gocnet Technologies LLP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of ChirpCrew, including lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to address breaches of these terms, security threats, abuse, or legal requirements. You can stop using ChirpCrew and contact support to request account closure. Account closure does not remove existing obligations or applicable record-retention requirements.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated on this page and, where appropriate, through an account notice or email before they take effect. The effective date identifies the current version.
