1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you register, create a promoter profile, add a product, participate in a campaign, or contact support. This includes your email address, profile details, product information, campaign content, private messages, and submitted work. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email and basic profile information to create or connect your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages. If you enable SMS security, we also process your phone number. For payouts, we collect your country, chosen payment method, PayPal email or UPI ID, and transfer records. These details are available to authorized payout staff and the payment providers needed to send your payout, not campaign partners. We collect operational and security information needed to run and protect the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to provide and improve ChirpCrew, secure your account, connect businesses and promoters, support campaign collaboration, review submitted work, resolve support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your phone number for marketing calls. After you verify your email, we may send a welcome email. Optional tips and promotional updates require your opt-in. You can stop welcome and marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or Email preferences; essential account-security messages remain available.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that support our hosting, account communications, security, and optional writing assistance, and with authorities where legally required.

Businesses can view the promoter profile information you choose to publish. Private campaign messages are available to the campaign partners and authorized staff. When you use website import or writing assistance, relevant product information and your instructions may be processed by our AI service providers. Review imported or generated content before publishing it.

4. Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards, including secure connections and access controls, to protect your information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Data Retention

We retain information while it is needed to provide the service and handle support, security, disputes, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account information. Some records may need to be retained for those purposes. Payment and payout records may be retained to reconcile transactions and meet applicable obligations.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact our privacy team to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

7. Cookies and Browser Storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, preferences, and requested features. ChirpCrew does not currently use optional advertising cookies. Our cookie notice explains the available controls.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will publish the updated policy here and revise its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
